New tracks nomenclature
Long track MM190 –> GRAN FONDO MM190 (GF MM190)
Medium track MM140 –> MEDIO FONDO MM140 (MF MM140)
Short track MM80 –> CHALLENGE MM80 (CH MM80)
Hence, the Long Track MM190 will now be called GRAN FONDO MM190 (GF MM190), the Medium Track MM140 will now be called MEDIO FONDO MM140 (MF MM140) and the Short Track will now be called Challenge MM80 (CH MM80).
The new nomenclature will also be present in the maps, profiles, routes, etc. … and in the social media, but it doesn’t bring any further change other than the name; therefore the routes will be the same as in the previous two editions.
GRAN FONDO MM190 (GF MM190) – 190 km c. 3300 m cumulative incline: Balaguer-Gerb-Vilanova de la Sal-Avellanes-Port d’Àger-Àger-Congost de Terradets-El Pont de Barcedana- Masos de Llimiana-Gavet de la Conca-Sant Salvador de Toló-Coll de Comiols-Montargull-Alentorn-Vilanova de Meià-Collada d’Hostal Roig-Sant Miquel de la Vall-Sant Martí de Barcedana- El Pont de Barcedana- La Baronia de Sant Oïsme-Alt de Fontllonga-Camarasa-Balaguer.
190 km and 3300 m cumulative incline, the race counts towards FCC Circuito CICLOPIRINEUS, Circuito GRAN FONDO organized by Comisión de Cicloturismo de la RFEC, Cycling for all-Road circuit in the UCI calendar, for CICLISMO A FONDO magazine Circuito Cicloturismo and for the DONABIKE circuit.
After 12:45pm mandatory detour to Medium Distance in Km 108.4 (average speed of 22.8 Km/h until detour point).
Cyclist minimum age of 18 years, to be reached in the race day, 21/05/2016.
GF MM190 mountain passes: Vilanova de la Sal, Port d’Àger, Coll de Comiols, Collada d’Hostal Roig and Alt de Fontllonga.
MEDIO FONDO M140 (MF MM140) – 140 km c. 2050 m cumulative incline.: Balaguer-Gerb-Vilanova de la Sal-Avellanes-Port d’Àger-Àger-Congost de Terradets-El Pont de Barcedana- Masos de Llimiana-Gavet de la Conca-Sant Salvador de Toló-Coll de Comiols-Montargull- El Pont d’Alentorn – Artesa de Segre-Cubells-Balaguer.
140 km and 2050 m cumulative incline, the race counts towards FCC Circuito CICLOPIRINEUS, Circuito GRAN FONDO organized by Comisión de Cicloturismo de la RFEC, Cycling for all-Road circuit in the UCI calendar, for CICLISMO A FONDO magazine Circuito Cicloturismo and for the DONABIKE circuit.

CHALLENGE MM80 (CH MM80) – 80 km c. 1300 m cumulative incline: Balaguer-Gerb-Vilanova de la Sal-Avellanes-Port d’Àger-Àger-cruïlla C13 -Baronia de Sant Oïsme-Alt de Fonllonga-Camarasa-Balaguer.
80 km and 1300 m cumulative incline, the race counts towards CHALLENGE Catalana de Cicloturismo.
Cyclist minimum age of 15 years, to be reached in the race day, 21/05/2016.
CH MM80 mountain passes: Vilanova de la Sal, Port d’Àger and Alt de Fontllonga.

- Inscriptions will close at 1,000 participants. In the 2015 edition there were 962 participants.
